Illegal Aliens Produce Ad Wanting Free Healthcare

by lewwaters

Unbelievable the gall of someone knowingly in the country illegally and expecting free benefits. How bold that they feel comfortable enough to produce a video ad of their expectations.

Our country is nearly $17 Trillion in debt, millions of citizens remain unemployed, U-6 Unemployment sitting at 14.3% and lawbreakers think they are entitled to freebies.

Not surprising, California, probably the single worse off state in the country, rapidly heading into bankruptcy, losing citizens and businesses daily is set to approve free healthcare for illegal aliens.

Tuition assistance for Veterans in California has been cut and unpaid medical bills just for illegal aliens in California has reached $1.25 billion per year, but California liberals, bleeding heart liberals are poised to give illegal aliens even more benefits.

Obama Loses in Florida. Judge Refuses to Halt Voter-Roll Purge

by lewwaters

Florida never seems to be short when it comes to controversy, as we saw in 2000 and since, especially of late as Governor Rick Scott called for close inspection of the polls of voters in Florida and the purging of those not legally entitled to vote. With scant mistakes so far, dead people, pets, felons, illegal aliens and more have been removed.

Seeing the possibility of many now Democrat voters being caught up in Florida wanting only legally entitled voters to vote, the Obama Administration strongly opposed such action, having the ‘Justice’ Department under Eric Holder file suit in Federal Court to halt the action.

The Orlando Sentinel tells that U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle “rejected a request from the Obama administration to put an immediate stop to the state’s non-citizen voter purge program.”

The Sentinel tells us further, “The Justice Department had argued that the state’s attempt to remove 2,600 non-citizens from the voter rolls violated a federal law that prohibits the systemic removal of voters within 90 days before an election. Department attorneys also said that voters’ rights were violated because many U.S. citizens had received letters questioning their citizenship and threatening to remove them from the voting rolls.”

Hinkle did chastise Florida, though, stating, “Determining citizenship is not as easy as the state would have it. Questioning someone’s citizenship isn’t as trivial as the state would have it.”

Illegal Aliens Defrauding the American Taxpayers?

by lewwaters

For all of the bleeding hearts who keep insisting how much we need illegal aliens in America and they do the work that American won’t do, a special news report from Indiana’s WTHR 13 News might not sit well with you.

The video report below is of a whistle blower & tax preparer who is revealing just how many Billions of our dollars are being sent to illegal aliens for nieces and nephews they are claiming as dependents in order to receive thousands of tax dollars refunded under the Child Tax Credit.

One small hitch, those nieces and nephews are not even in our country, but sitting down in Mexico.

Sorry People, But You Have No “Right” To Other People’s Money!

by lewwaters

As we near the end of the 4th year of the “Great Recession,” seeing the national debt skyrocket and 9% unemployment nationwide being billed as the “new norm,” we once again see Governor Gregoire calling for more tax increases and of course, budget cuts.

We saw her recommend and the legislature pass some pretty deep cuts last year, but now see and hear they didn’t do much good; they didn’t help our ongoing struggles in this deeply recessed economy.

We all know that it is government spending that is the real problem and not the lack of revenue so much, as Democrats always claim in their desire to rape the taxpayers’ wallet even more, but what of those “deep obscene cuts” from last year? Why didn’t they help out as expected?

Tired of Illegal Immigration Yet?

by lewwaters

The Sunday February 27 Columbian included an article saying “Hispanic population rises quickly” 2010 Census figures reveal that number of Latinos in Clark County nearly doubled in past decade. Even though singling out Hispanics, nowhere is even an estimate given of how many are in the country openly in violation of our immigration laws nor is it pointed out that illegal aliens violating our immigration is not restricted to Hispanics.

The Seattle Times, on February 1 was more informative, letting us know, “Illegal-immigrant numbers in state jump 35% in 3 years” An estimated 230,000 illegal immigrants were living in Washington state last year — 35 percent more than three years earlier, according to a new report by the Pew Hispanic Center. The total represents one of every 20 workers in the state.

Unlike the Columbian article, the Seattle Times breaks it down saying, “While 57 percent are from Mexico, the illegal immigrants hail from across the world, including Canada.” The remaining 43% are just as much illegal aliens as are the 57% Mexicans. The call for border enforcement and adherence to our immigration laws is not about disliking Mexicans, racism against Hispanics or any other such tomfoolery people accuse others who call for immigration enforcement of.

Governor Gregoire Honors Illegal Aliens

by lewwaters

Ignoring the fact that Washington State is deeply embroiled in the worsening economic decline, it is utterly unbelievable to see a group of about 400 people marching upon the capital in Olympia opposing budget cuts intended to close the multi-Billion dollar budget gap.

Even more astonishing, many in the crowd appear to be in the country ‘ILLEGALLY!’ As such, they are lawbreakers! Illegal aliens!

We recently saw in a Seattle Times report: “An estimated 230,000 illegal immigrants were living in Washington state in 2010 — 35 percent more than three years earlier,” with the claim by state senator Val Stevens, “the illegal-immigrant cost to the state is $272 million a biennium for such functions as social services, health and corrections.”

At the rally, illegal immigrants gathered to “urge lawmakers to oppose cuts to medical interpreters and health care for kids and fight bills that require immigration status checks before issuing driver’s licenses.”

While illegal aliens whine and cry for public tax dollars to support them, information entered in Immigration Form I-864, sponsorship of a legal immigrant states, “The information will be used principally by an immigration judge, USCIS or a Consular Officer to support an alien’s application for benefits under the Immigration and Nationality Act and specifically the assertion that he or she has adequate means of financial support and will not become a public charge.” (pg 9)

Obama’s Organizing for America pushing for DREAM Act and Repeal of DADT

by lewwaters

Barack Obama’s group set up to persuade citizen’s to buy into his agenda is working overtime today. With our country in dire straits, unemployment increasing, jobs drying up, national debt spiraling out of control and all of the maladies facing the nation, isn’t it odd that the main focus remains to be on passing the backdoor amnesty act for children of ILLEGAL Aliens brought to the country when young and caving into Gays who want to force acceptance of their sexuality upon the country.

Don’t believe me? I received the following just today in my email.

And, to make sure you do it right with the proper words, they even supply you a script to go along with the names and phone numbers of who to call to encourage calling legislators to pass these bills.

Shouldn’t we worry first about getting the nation back on sound economic footing?

Do you appreciate your name and phone number being given out to strangers on an email list?

Patty Murray Finds Illegal Aliens to do the Campaigning Americans Won’t Do

by lewwaters

Illegal immigration is an ongoing problem within the United States with millions of undocumented aliens having snuck across our borders for various reasons. Most come to find a better life here instead of working to better their home country. Some come to carry drugs or other contraband into the country and some come with the intent to cause harm to American Citizens.

Herrera Receives Washington State Farm Bureau Endorsement

by lewwaters

Jaime Herrera, candidate for Washington’s 3rd Congressional District proudly proclaimed the endorsement of the Washington Farm Bureau today, as noted on her campaign web page.

Bob Stuhlmiller, Chair of the Washington State Farm Bureau PAC said, “She’s helped us address the critical issues family farms need to survive and thrive. Even when she’s back in DC, she’s shown us she’ll be voting with those on the farms back here in Washington State.”

In April 2009, WFB released an article wherein they state, “AFBF and WFB are working for immigration reform,” and “in order to meet harvesting needs, farms must employ foreign labor.”

Rob Valicoff of Valicoff Fruit in Wapato and a member of the Washington State Farm Bureau also says, “the two strongest solutions for immigration reform are 1) employers’ ability to verify employee status, and 2) a transition period for current illegal immigrants to work toward citizenship.”

Washington State Farm Bureau also encourages participation in ImmigrationWorksUSA WHY REFORM CAN’T WAIT! “one-day conference and strategic planning session for employers who rely on immigrant workers and grasp the urgent need for immigration reform” coming in August.

The August 11, 2009 issue of Evergreen Freedom Foundation’s Living Liberty contains an article, beginning on page14, by Dan Fazio of Washington State Farm Bureau titled “Lasting reforms involve more than just enforcement.”

In the article, Fazio claims, “Jobs are the magnet for illegal immigration, but employers are not border patrol agents. Employers want to hire the most qualified people,” and after basically stating how E-Verify does not work, proposes, “The only real way to guarantee that only legally documented workers are hired would be to establish a national database of all citizens and visa holders, as many countries have done. Workers would receive an identification card with a magnetic information strip, and employers could swipe the card and offer a job, or not.”

Fazio admits, “Such systems are not very popular with many Americans because of privacy concerns.”

On her web page, Herrera claims, “The Farm Bureau and I have promoted the same issues,… that offer a blueprint for the direction Congress needs to take to get us back on track.”

This is a well earned endorsement Herrera should be very proud of.

Local Illegals & Bleeding Hearts Object To I-409, “Respect For Law”

by lewwaters

For the past few weekends, my wife and I have been joining in the effort to gather signatures for the petition for I-409, a citizens initiative to “encourage” the legislature and authorities to deal with Illegal Immigrants. The purpose of the petition is to qualify the initiative for the 2009 ballot, should our legislature decide to not act on it.

We have been at gun shows both in Portland and at the Clark County Fairgrounds. Of late, we have received permission to set up outside of retail stores, so long as we do not harass patrons and comply with distance and sign requirements, as laid out by the retailers.

We have only been too happy to comply.

Overall, response has been good as many Clark County citizens share the concern over the influx of Illegal Immigrants into our community. A few, though, seem to feel they have the right to shout vulgarities, issue threats and harass the signature gatherers either by confronting us or filing false charges to the retail managers inside the stores.

Many of those acting in such a manner have every appearance of being Illegal Immigrants themselves and act upon the assumption of their right to interfere and stop American Citizens from exercising our constitutional right to seek redress from the government by gathering signatures on the petition to force Washington State to stop granting drivers licenses to Illegals, have employers use e-verify to ensure potential employees are legally entitled to work in America and to give Law Enforcement within the state the tools needed to enforce Federal Immigration Laws.

Some of the minor examples of the outrage expressed by Illegals are their driving by the table, music blaring and flashing a Washington Drivers License at us, before they hop their cars and speed off.

Some feel the need to call us vulgar names, even though at times it is women gathering the signatures and of course, women and children entering and leaving the stores. Others don’t understand that we may understand foreign vulgarities they spew and spew them in their native language.

Of late, some have stopped by with Oregon License plates to confront the gatherers and attempt at inciting an incident. Last weekend, a woman stopped by and asked to sign the petition. Once the pen was in her hand, she scrawled “F**K YOU!” across the petition, an illegal act itself.

Following her out in the parking lot to obtain her license number to report her to the Police, she could only scream she was being “stalked.” Brave lady.

Cat calls of “racist” are common as well as “pigs” and other infantile sophomoric name-calling as “Nazi’s,” “Fascists,” and generally “bad people” that want to force others to go hungry and not have jobs.

Today, one from Oregon thought he could intimidate my wife by going nose to nose with her yelling what a “racist” she is. Bad move, amigo. My wife, born of a Mexican father and White mother and raised mostly by a Black stepfather is about the least racist person I have ever met.

He was shocked that his intimidation did not work and neither was his screaming he works with lawyers and was going to take photos of the signature gathering effort. After he left, also driving by with his truck dragging its tail end and snapping cell phone photos, my wife did comment that he could use some Listerine. Another woman who witnessed the encounter congratulated my wife for standing firm against this interloper.

Another stopped by to express his anger by threatening to turn the table over, while his wife (I assume) was calling him and telling him to stop making such a fool of himself in public.

Lest you think it is only Illegals that confront us, we have had several bleeding hearts spew forth the same swill, asking who would we have pick our fruit and vegetables should they return to their country.

The amazing thing to me is that these bleeding hearts apparently only see immigrants as slaves to do our work we don’t want to do and to keep prices low by working for slave wages in substandard conditions. Did we not fight a war once to end such treatment of people in our country?

It escapes these bleeding hearts that if immigrants came her legally, they would not be subjected to such mistreatment, as the Korean man I am sponsoring for citizenship is doing. As complicated and wrapped up in red tape as the proper procedure is, he is following it and works a decent paying job, receiving the same treatment as any other worker, with no worries about I.C.E. raids.

Parents stop in front of us to “teach” their children how wrong we are for following the constitutionally mandated procedure to change our laws, instead of teaching them they have the right, under our constitution, to follow the same procedure to counter laws they feel may be unjust or in need of strengthening.

The anger expressed by both bleeding hearts and Illegals at a citizen effort to enforce our laws just amazes me. I am left wondering what other laws we may ignore on a whim, with impunity.

Totally ignored is that those entering our country illegally may be bringing diseases back into the country that we had eradicated, drive wages down by working for less minimum wage and drain our economy by taking benefits originally set-up to help legal citizens.

Billions of dollars are sent back to native countries that never circulate in our economy and fall into the hands of corrupt officials in native countries.

Oregon passed a measure denying Illegal Immigrants Drivers Licenses last year, but they simply come to Washington and obtain a Washington Drivers License, return to Oregon and when able, transfer to an Oregon License, circumventing their laws.

Totally unnoticed by those who stop by our table to incite trouble is that after they leave, several bystanders walk up and sign the petition, many saying they originally weren’t going to, but after what they just witnessed, will.

If the effort is to stop this initiative, it isn’t working. Americans have this habit of seeing through facades and charades eventually and joining in efforts to correct wrongs. For every scene caused by these people, we not only gain signatures but also end up sending petitions with many to gather signatures of their friends, neighbors and relatives.

I have no doubt we will collect the needed signatures in time to place this initiative before our legislature or on the next ballot.

If you go shopping and see a table set up and it is us, don’t be afraid to show your support. Stop by and sign the petition, if you are of mind to. We welcome you and will not do you any harm.

If you don’t care for what we do, don’t sign the petition it’s that simple. But please, just walk on by. Scowl if you wish. Grunt and groan if you desire, we don’t mind. But, if you feel you have the right to interfere with our legal signature gathering effort, you are only hurting your side and showing others what an ass you are.
